Sweet & Sour Chicken Meatballs

 1 Pound Chicken, ground
 2/3 Cup Cracker crumbs, crushed
 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
 1/4 Cup Sugar
 Pinch Salt
 1/4 Cup Mushrooms, finely chopped
 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
 1 Can Pineapple Chunks, drain & reserve juice

Mix together chicken, crackers, onions, and mushrooms. 
Make into balls and brown.  Place in baking dish.  Mix
remaining 5 ingredients in saucepan.  Drain juice of one can
pineapple chunks in cup.  Add enough water to make one cup.

Add to dry ingredients in saucepan and heat until thickened. 
Pour over meatballs and add pineapple.  Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes to let the flavors combine.
Serve with fried rice or whipped potatoes.  This sauce recipe can also
be used for wings or baked chicken pieces.
