Sweet and Sour Chicken

 6 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast
 1 Whole Onion
 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
 3/4 Cup Vinegar
 3/4 Cup Water
 1 Tbsp Mustard
 1 Cup Ketchup
 1 Dash Salt
 1 Dash Pepper
 2 Tbsp Cornstarch

Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a large casserole
dish, place chicken in sauce.  Cover and bake for 1 hour at
350 degrees.  Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup cold water; thicken
sauce with this when removed from oven.
Serve over a bed of rice and mixed vegetables.
