Sweet and Sour Chicken

Cook Time: 1 1/2 - 2 hours Number of Servings: 6

 1/3 Cup Flour
 1/3 Cup Oil
 1 Tsp Salt
 1/4 Tsp Pepper
 1/2 Cup Vinegar
 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
 1/2 Cup Water
 1/2 Cup Ketchup
 1 Tsp Onion Powder
 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
 2 Tsp Soya Sauce
 6 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breasts, skinned

Instructions:
Wash and pat dry chicken.  Coat in flour, brown in oil and add
salt and pepper.  Next mix sauce, including vinegar, brown
sugar, water and ketchup, onion powder, dry mustard and soy
sauce.  Bring this to a boil and slowly pour on chicken.  Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, depending how many
chicken breasts you are cooking.
