Chicken Pizza

 1/2 Cup Pesto (basil, olive oil, garlic)
 2 Pieces IQF Boneless Breast
 1 Whole Pizza Crust
 1/2 Whole Green Pepper
 1/2 Whole Red Peppers
 1 Whole Red Onion
 5 large Whole Mushrooms
 1 Cup Low Fat Marble Cheese, Grated
 1 Cup Feta Cheese

Instructions:
Brush entire crust with pesto and grill in oven for 2 - 3 minutes.
Cut boneless breasts into bite size pieces and cook in skillet
with a little oil.  Add water and cover, cook breast pieces until
no longer pink in the middle.  Remove crust from oven top with
chicken, vegetables (onion is optional), marble cheese and
feta cheese.  Sprinkle top with 1 teaspoon of oregano.  Place
in oven for another 5 - 7 minutes.  Broil for 1 - 2 minutes until
cheese is all melted.  Cut and serve.
Great meal with pasta or salad.
