Chicken Taco's

 1 Pound Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Breast
 1/4-1/2 Head Lettuce
 1 Whole Tomato
 1/2-1 Cup Salsa Sauce
 3 Whole Onion, fried
 1/4-1/2 Cup Sour Cream
 1-2 Cups Chedder Cheese, medium- grated
 1/2-1 Can Refried Beans
 To taste Olives
 1 Bag Nacho Chips

On large pan spread refried beans ( I prefer to put foil on or
use glass dish).  Spread chopped, sliced chicken meat on
beans (small pieces).  Add onions on top of chicken, spread
salsa on top of onions evenly (the more you like the more you
use).  Grate cheese and layer this on top.  Cook for 30 minutes
or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 1 minutes.  Add sour
cream on top of lettuce and top with tomatoes.  Serve with
nacho chips, dig in and enjoy.  This recipe is very flexible to
meet the needs of your own tastes.
