PEPPER-RUBBED PORK CHOPS

Wake up the flavor of grilled pork chops with this spicy rub.

2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 to 2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
4 (1/2 inch thick) rib pork chops

Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine parsley, pepper, rosemary, garlic and onion powder in small bowl.

Brush both sides of pork chops with butter; rub parsley mixture into chops. Place pork chops onto grill. Cover; grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F. and is desired doneness (12 to 14 minutes).
