Bar-B-Q Chicken Pizza

1 X 10-ounce (300g) purchased fully baked thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)
½ cup (125ml) hickory smoked bar-b-q sauce
4 rings red pepper
4 rings yellow pepper
6 oz (170g) precooked boneless skinless chicken breast
4 oz (125g) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded


Spread bar-b-q sauce evenly over pizza crust. Top with sliced chicken breast. Place red and yellow pepper rings on top of chicken. Spread Monterey Jack on top of pizza. Bake in 350F (175c) oven for 20 minutes.
