1 1/2 Pound EdenValley Ground Turkey
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs, dry
1 Whole Egg
2 Tbsp Mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Green Onions, finely chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tsp Ginger
2 1/2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
To taste Salad Oil
Instructions:
Mix together and shape into 1/2" thick patties. Sauté in fry pan
about 5 minutes on each side, or broil 4 – 5 minutes on each
side.
