Spinach Parmesan Dip

Parmesan herb seasoning gives this easy dip extra ZING. Serve it with assorted crackers and cut-up crisp vegetables.


Yield: 4 cups


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well-drained
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, chopped
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Parmesan & Herb Seasoning

Assorted crackers and/or cut-up crisp vegetables



Directions:

Combine all ingredients except crackers or vegetables in large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 1 hour).

Serve with crackers and/or cut-up vegetables.
