Turkey and Mushroom Burgers

Cook Time: 12 - 16 minutes Number of Servings: 6

 1 Pound Turkey, ground
 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs, fine and soft
 1/2 Tsp Thyme
 1/2 Tsp Tarragon
 1/4 Tsp Salt
 1/4 Tsp Pepper
 1 Dash Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Divide mixture
into 4 to 6 portions and shape into patties.  Place burgers on
greased grill over medium-hot coals.  Cook 6 to 8 minutes per
side or until meat is no longer pink.
Serve them on toasted Kaisers garnished with the "works".
