Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup dried blueberries*
1 cup white baking chips
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Combine butter and brown sugar in large bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour mixture. Beat until well mixed. Stir in blueberries and white baking chips.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.
*Substitute your favorite dried fruit.
