Scallop Turkey Stroganoff

 1/4 Cup Butter
 1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
 1/2 Pound Mushrooms
 3 Cups EdenValley Boneless Turkey Breast,
 cooked & cubed
 1/4 Tsp Pepper
 1 Cup Sour Cream
 8 Ounces Fresh Scallops, quartered
 2 Cans Golden Mushroom Soup

Instructions:
In a large frying pan, heat the butter until foamy.  Stir in the
finely chopped onions and cook until almost transparent.  Mix
in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.  Blend in cooked
turkey breast, fresh scallops, mushroom soup and pepper. 
Bring just to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer gently for 20
minutes, stir occasionally.  Stir in sour cream and heat but do
not boil.  Serve with cooked noodles or rice.
