Sweet and Sour Meatballs

 1 Pound EdenValley Ground Chicken
 1 Pound Beef, ground
 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
 2 Tbsp Flour
 1/2 Cup Vinegar
 1 Cup Water
 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
 2 Tbsp Ketchup

Mix chicken and beef.  Shape into balls and brown in frying
pan.  In casserole dish mix all remaining ingredients, making
sure to blend thoroughly.  When meatballs are brown, add to
casserole dish.  Cover.  Cook in 350 degrees for 1 hour. 
Serve with rice.
Serve with rice and vegetable of your choice.
