 6 Whole English Muffins
 6 Slices Ham, cooked
 6 Whole Eggs, poached
 1 Cup Hollandaise Sauce

Instructions:
Split and toast the English muffins.  Top with sliced ham. 
Place a poached egg over the ham.  Pour hollandaise sauce
over top.  Serve immediately.  Allow 1 to 2 muffin halves per
person
