French Toast

 3 Whole EdenValley Large Eggs
 3/4 Cup Milk
 1 Tbsp Sugar
 1/4 Tsp Vanilla
 1/8 Tsp Salt
 8 Slices Bread, thick slices

Instructions:
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth.  Heat
frying pan to medium heat.  Grease only if necessary.  Dip
bread into egg mixture.  Place on griddle, cooking about 3-4
minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve with warm maple syrup and bacon.
