Cook Time: 10-15 minutes Number of Servings: 2
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Oil
6 Slices Bacon
2 Pieces Pita Bread
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3/4 Cup Salsa Sauce
4 Whole EdenValley Eggs
Instructions:
Cook bacon and put aside. In mixing bowl combine eggs, milk,
salt, pepper and beat (scramble). Oil 9 – 10 inch frying pan.
Add egg mixture, onion and green pepper. Cook eggs, stirring
occasionally until desired consistency is reached. Warm pita
bread if desired. Spread some salsa on each pita, spoon on
1/2 of egg mixture, lay on 3 slices of bacon, sprinkle with
grated cheese, roll up/fold and serve.
Instead of pita bread, you can use tortilla shells.
