Southwestern Ranch Salad

4 cups torn mixed salad greens 
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained 
1 large red pepper, chopped 
2 cups chopped tomatoes 
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese 
1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing 
1/4 cup chopped cilantro 

Divide greens among 4 dinner plates. 
Top evenly with beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes and cheese. 
Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro. 

Great Substitute:
Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped, for the black beans.
