Scrambled Eggs Supreme

 2 - 4 Whole Eggs
 2 - 3 Tsp Butter
 1 Whole Onion
 1 Whole Green Pepper
 1 Whole Tomato
 1/4 Cup Milk
 Dash Salt
 Dash Pepper
 To taste Mozarella Cheese, shredded
 1/2 Cup Mushrooms

Instructions:
Whisk eggs in a bowl.  Add a couple teaspoons of butter or
margarine.  Dice up mushrooms, onion, peppers and
tomatoes and add to eggs.  Add milk, salt and pepper and mix
all together.  Pour mixture either into large saucepan or skillet. 
Stir and cook as you would scramble eggs.  When eggs are
cooked to desired consistency, sprinkle grated cheese over
top.  Turn heat off, put lid on until cheese is melted.
Serve with toast and hash browns.
