Nut-Topped Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1/4 cup Planters Heart-Healthy Nutrition™ Mix, chopped 
1/8 tsp. black pepper 
1 egg white 
1 medium sweet potato, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges 

Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix chopped nut mix and pepper on plate. Beat egg white lightly in shallow dish.
 
Dip potato wedges into egg white, then press 1 side of each into nut mixture. Place, nut sides up, in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until potatoes are tender. 

Great Substitute:
Prepare as directed, using 1 large baking potato.
Variation:
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon for the black pepper.
