Deviled Eggs

 6 Whole Eggs, hard boiled
 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
 Dash Pepper
 Dash Salt
 Pinch Paprika
 Pinch Onion Powder

Instructions:
Hard boil eggs by putting them in cold water with a bit of salt. 
Bring the water to a boil and then let cook on med. for 8
minutes.  Stand and let cool.  Cut eggs in half and remove the
yolks to a bowl.  Place the whites on a platter for serving;
garnish with lettuce.  In a bowl mix egg yolks with the
mayonnaise and seasoning.  Blend mixture until creamy and
smooth.  Drop a bit of the yolk mixture from a spoon or from a
piping bag (the kind you use for icing) into the hole in the egg
white.  Sprinkle the Paprika lightly on top of each egg.  Chill
and serve.
