1/4 Cup Flour
4 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, cubed
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1 Pkg Egg Noodles, cooked
1 Can Tomatoes
Instructions:
Place flour in shallow dish and use to coat chicken pieces. In
large skillet, brown chicken in hot oil; drain excess oil from
skillet. Add remaining ingredients except noodles; mix well.
Cover, simmer 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender,
stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
