Chinese Chicken Liver

 3/4 Pound Chicken Livers,chopped
 1/2 Cup Onion, diced
 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, thinly sliced
 1/2 Cup Celery, sliced
 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
 3 Tbsp Corn Oil
 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
 2 Tbsp Plum Sauce

Heat oil in a pan, add onions, pepper, celery and fry for 2
minutes.  Add broth and cook for 3 minutes.  Add liver and
cook for 5 minutes.  Add sauces, stir well and serve.
