Chicken Breasts/Wings in Apricot Sauce

 10 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast
 1/4 Tsp Salt
 1/3 Tsp Pepper
 1/2 Tsp Paprika
 1/2 Jar Apricot Jam
 1/4 Bottle Russian Dressing
 1 Can Apricot Halves

Clean meat and add spices.  Mix apricot jam with Russian
Dressing.  Place meat in fry pan and cover with prepared jam.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Then uncover for 10 - 15
minutes, cover and decrease temperature to 300 degrees and
bake for an additional 10 - 15 minutes.
Decorate with a can of apricot halves. You could also use 30 chicken
wings for this recipe.
