Chicken Dijonnaise

 4 Large EdenValley Boneless Breast
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
 1/4 Cup Green Onions, sliced
 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
 1/2 Tsp Thyme Leaves, dried
 1/2 Tsp Salt
 1/4 Tsp White Pepper

Spray oven-proof casserole with non-stick spray.  Place
chicken in a single layer.  Combine yogurt, mayonnaise,
onions, mustard, and seasonings.  Spoon sauce over chicken
pieces.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until
chicken is tender.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and brown
under broiler.

Serve with rice or rice pilaf.
