1 Cup Chicken Broth, fat removed
1/2 Cup Carrots, diced-raw
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
3 Tbsp Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Pimento, chopped
8 Ounces EdenValley Sundried Tomato breast,
cooked
To taste Salt
To taste Pepper
Instructions:
Cut chicken in to cubes. Heat broth in saucepan, add carrots,
celery & onion; simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken, pimento
& seasonings and continue to simmer until vegetables are
tender, serve hot.
