Chicken Paprika

 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
 2-3 Whole Onions
 28 Ounce Can Tomatoes
 3 Tsp Salt
 1 Large Green Pepper
 3-4 Tbsp Sour Cream
 8-10 Pieces EdenValley Thighs, Boneless

Instructions:
Lightly brown 8 - 10 pieces of EdenValley Farms Boneless
Chicken Thighs in a frying pan.  In a large heavy pot, sauté
onions in 3 tbsp. of oil.  Onions should become transparent
(not brown).  Remove from heat.  Add 2 tbsp. of paprika,
drained tomatoes, salt and thighs.  Simmer for 1 hour (stirring
occasionally) in a covered pot.  Add a coarsely cut green
pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.  Just prior to serving, add
sour cream.

Serve with shell macaroni or gnocchi.
