Birdies Bread Co. is an artisanal bakery. We focus on sourdough breads using locally grown, organic grains. We have stone flour mill on site, with which we mill these local grains into fresh, whole grain flours. We will sell our fresh breads, crackers, pastries and hand crafted pastas from our storefront on Pleasant St, as well as through other local retailers.
