Steak & Stein Family Restaurant (Dartmouth)

The Steak and Stein portrays a unique family atmosphere where, for over 40 years, groups of all sizes have come to know us for our good food and great value.  We specialize in a variety of quality steak, available either charbroiled or marinated in our original and very popular 'signature Derby style blend'. 

Besides steak we offer tasty BBQ ribs; chicken and seafood dishes, all moderately priced and served in spacious dining rooms with seating for up to 275 guests. 

Our Dessert Selection includes homemade Maritime favourites like Strawberry Shortcake, Blueberry Grunt and Bread Pudding.

Also breakfast is now being served daily from 7:30 a.m. offering Fishcakes & Beans, 3-egg Omelettes or Steak and Egg Sandwiches, to name just a few!

Located on Portland Street in Dartmouth and Young Street, Halifax, we can easily accommodate several bus groups at once with ample motorcoach parking.  We have a complimentary meal policy for escort and driver and can provide the group with a suggested group menu if so desired.
