Established in 2024, the Bar & Bartenders Committee of Nova Scotia (BCNS) is dedicated to elevating the craft cocktail and restaurant scene in Nova Scotia through education, mentorship, and community engagement.
As a collective voice for craft cocktail establishments, the committee aims to enhance hospitality offerings across the province, fostering growth, organization, and excellence in our industry. Our commitment is to unite our members through educational programs and events that celebrate and promote our unique community.

We’re looking for new BCNS Committee Members!
- Secretary: Create and share key notes from all regular committee meetings. Monitor the BCNS email and provide support to the committee chairs.
- General Committee: Advise on committee projects and focus, provide input on decision-items, support community-based events, share industry insights, and help with committee projects where possible.
