The event showcases over 80 of Nova Scotia’s finest restaurants, wines and beverages and hosts over 1100 guests. Take in the evening and let your taste buds run wild as you explore samples of delectable foods, legendary cocktails and fine wine presented by Nova Scotia’s finest.

Head out on the town for a legendary evening at Imbibe. We’ve brought together over twenty of Nova Scotia’s best mixologists for one night only to create an evening filled with perfectly crafted, sample-size cocktails made just for you. Over 20 restaurants/bars and the NSLC will be shaking up their best cocktail for your entertainment.

Restaurants & Bars are partnered with a spirit company for their cocktail creation.
Bartenders must have a Nova Scotia-recognized Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
Batching & infusions are not currently allowed in accordance with the Liquor Control Act.
Imbibe hosts a cocktail competition for up-and-coming bartenders before the Imbibe event.
Imbibe awards include Judges’ Choice (chosen from the cocktail competition), People’s Choice (Chosen the night of the event), and Best Booth.

Rare and Fine Wine is an event for the true wine lover. A superior selection of wines, all rated 90 points and above by the world’s major wine publications; a small number of these beautiful wines only see our market on occasion and for many, this will be their first visit to our shores. Come enjoy a delicious array of wines, a live jazz band, and the beautiful ambiance of this event.

All wines must be awarded 90 points or more from a dedicated wine publication (ex: Wine Enthusiast, Decanter Magazine).
Wines can be purchased on-site through NSLC.

Head back to those long summer days by the lake at our Craft Beer Cottage Party! Sample beers from 25+ local and nearby craft breweries while you play some washer toss; or chill in an adirondack chair and listen to the live band. Enjoy cottage games, dancing, and delicious beer-friendly food available for purchase! Wear your best plaid and bring your craft beer-loving crew!

Dine Around is hosted every February in partnership with Discover Halifax. Restaurants, cafes, bars and food trucks offer menu items at an attractive price in $10 increments. This month-long event is to bolster the restaurant industry during a traditionally slow period.
